Returns Policy

Below is a guide to what Koffie Kliek’s return policy entails. If you have any questions, please contact us using the details on our contacts page or by emailing us at help@koffiekliek.co.za.

Please include the following information when returning an item:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Purchase date
  • Order number
  • The names of the item/s
  • Please indicate how many items you would like to return.
  • What motivated you to return these items?

Please do not return an item without consulting us first at help@koffiekliek.co.za. Items returned without consultation are immediately ineligible for any refunds.

Equipment returns

Within 21 days of purchase, you may return any equipment purchased at Koffie Kliek, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Regardless of whether the item has been used or not, you may only get a replacement if it has a manufacturer’s fault and if your item is covered by a warranty for the period specified by the manufacturer and calculated from the purchase date.

In order to send a replacement, we must confirm the item is faulty.

Alternatively, you can respond to your order confirmation email to let us know about any issues, which makes finding the original order a lot easier, or use the contact page on our website. We may ask for photos or additional information.

Coffee returns

Because coffee beans are perishable products, we cannot accept returns if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received. Unless you’re absolutely certain of what you order, we cannot guarantee it will be to your personal tastes, so order small quantities only if you’re uncertain about a new coffee you’re trying for the first time. If you want to get the best results from your beans, use them within 4-6 weeks after roasting.

We have partnered with roasters that source and roast high-quality coffee, and rarely see quality issues with their beans. You may contact us if you think you received an item of inferior quality by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us using the contact page on our website. In exchange for a replacement, we will gladly liaise with the roaster.
